Die-head

The die head is made by stainless steel S136H or high quality alloyed steel 38CrMoAIA with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.

Clapming system

Platen clamping,Three tie-bar design, clamping by Pneumatic cylinders.

Drive System

Adopting PLC to control the action program of the whole machine.

Automatic trimming

Adopting the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving.
